 Can you believe it’s November already? Colder weather is here and Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Just a heads up, we will be closed 11/27 – 11/29, and wow, we have so much to be thankful for – especially our amazing patients! Have a wonderful and safe holiday and enjoy reading about this month’s events below! 🙂

Downtown Holiday Lighting Ceremony

**FREE**  Friday, 11/1, 5:30-7pm

Join family and friends from the city of Fort Collins at the town’s annual lighting festival, and watch as Old Town glitters with the magic of the holiday season. Free to enjoy!

 

Santa’s Workshop in Old Town Square

**FREE** Opens November 27th!

Santa is coming to Old Town! Beginning November 27th, you can bring the family to visit his workshop from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM every Wednesday and Friday.

 

Estes Park Parade of Lights

**FREE** Friday, 11/29, 5:30pm

Come welcome in the holiday season at the Estes Park annual “Catch the Glow” event! Activities for the entire family start at noon, then stay for the parade featuring lighted floats and bands.

 

For art, music and theater lovers

November marks the start of the CSU concerts: these include senior recitals as well as ensemble and faculty performances. Be sure to check CSU’s website for the complete listing of performances!

 

First Friday Art Walk

November 1st 6-9pm

Enjoy a self-guided walking tour that celebrates creativity, culture, and community in Downtown Fort Collins 6 – 9 pm. From fine to funky, First Friday Art Walk showcases a spectrum of artistic styles to entertain and engage amateurs and art aficionado of all ages, interests and backgrounds.

 

Warren Miller’s Timeless

November 1, 7:00pm, Lincoln Center

Come kick off the ski season with WME’s 2019 film, Timeless, and travel with new and veteran athletes as they explore renowned mountain locations across the globe. It’s more than a ski and snowboard film, it’s an annual tradition to set the ski season off right!

 

CSU Graduate Chamber Ensemble Recital

November 13, 7:30pm, University Center for the Arts

Members of the graduate program present works by the masters of the chamber music genre.

 

Fort Collins Children’s Theatre Presents: James and The Giant Peach

November 15-17, Lincoln Center

Roald Dahl’s James and the Giant Peach is now a musical for the whole family to enjoy!

 

AEG Presents: Art Garfunkel

November 18th at the Lincoln Center

Come see Grammy winning songwriter and vocalist preform at the Lincoln Center!

Candlelight Yoga with Core Power

11/6/19 at 8pm at New Belgium Brewing

Join New Belgium for a Candlelight Yoga Session in their Brew House! Space is limited, $5 per class (cash only at the door). Proceeds benefiting Yoga Foster.

 

Yoga and Wine at Blendings

11/10/18 11am-1pm at Blendings Winery

1 hour yoga class followed by enjoying the amazing wine at Blendings at the Preserve in Fort Collins!! This gorgeous property is located on Bingham hill on the edge of Fort Collins and LaPorte!

 

Fort Collins Thanksgiving Day Run

11/28/18 at Oak Street Plaza in Old Town Fort Collins

Before enjoying your Thanksgiving feast, come run with fellow Fort Collins residents and help support local cancer survivors.
