Our goal is to make excellent dental care as accessible as possible for everyone. Our staff is available to assist you in preparing for your treatment. We strive to discuss all financial obligations and make you aware of your situation prior to treatment being performed. Payment, or your co-payment if you have insurance, is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, with a valid ID.

A Few Notes on Insurance:
We ask you to keep in mind that your insurance contract is made between you and your insurance company. Insurance policies often do not provide full payment of dental costs and insurance payments are very different from carrier to carrier and plan to plan. Please remember that you as the patient are responsible for the full amount of treatment rendered, regardless of what your current insurance carrier does or does not pay.
The patient is responsible for the co-payments, deductibles, non-covered services at the time of the appointment. We will bill your dental insurance carrier on your behalf. To get a better idea of what your insurance company will help pay for treatment, we can request benefit details or even a pre-authorization from your insurance so that we can better estimate what the patient portion will be.
Financing through Care Credit
We make every effort to accommodate circumstances, and understand that financing is sometimes the best option. Nothing should stand in the way of you getting the treatment you need to feel better about your smile. Speak with our staff about the no- and low-interest payment plans available through CareCredit. Through CareCredit, applicants can qualify for credit with no down payment and no interest for (up to) 12 months. This has allowed many patients to get treatment when they need it and also serves as a revolving credit for other medical, dental and vision procedures. Cancellations & Late Arrivals
When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is set aside specifically for you. As a courtesy, we provide reminder emails and text messages 2 weeks and 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
We understand that appointments sometimes need to change, but we do ask that you give us 2 business days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you have missed or cancelled an appointment with insufficient notice, you may be asked to place a deposit to reserve your next appointment time.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be treated as a missed appointment. Your appointment duration is specific to your planned & agreed upon treatment; arriving late can compromise our ability to provide that quality treatment.
In accordance with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), you have rights to privacy regarding your protected health information.
All patients also sign a HIPAA release form on which they can authorize individuals to access their account, enabling families to remain on the same account if they choose to.
