Removable Fort Collins Dentures & Prosthodontics
Replace one or more missing teeth with a removable partial or a full denture.
Partial or full dentures can be crafted out of a combination of metal and acrylic or entirely out of acrylic, if the patient prefers. By far the most cost effective option, this allows for you to have the function of a tooth in the missing space (or spaces) and is a cost-effective option for patients with a tight budget.
Implant Supported Fort Collins Dentures & Prosthodontics
There are multiple types of implant-supported dentures and prosthodontics, depending on your situation, lifestyle and end goal. The advantage of implant-supported dentures and prosthodontics is that they are secured into the jaw and significantly increase functionality and ease of use.
For example, if a patient is missing their lower teeth, they may want to consider securing a denture with implants. Unlike upper dentures which are very easy to have, satisfaction with lower dentures is often poor, until lower implants are placed to secure the denture.
Implant options include dentures that snap in to the implants, or a more permanent solution where the denture is screwed into an implant. The latter is called an all-on-4 hybrid and will closely replace the form and function of your natural teeth. While the snap-on denture is removable, the all-on-4 denture stays in constantly and is not to be removed except by a dental professional.
